We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Luxury Leasing Manager to drive the leasing of premium and luxury commercial spaces. The role requires expertise in client relationship management, strong market knowledge, and proven ability to close high-value leasing deals with corporates, HNIs, and luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Business Development:
Drive leasing transactions for premium commercial properties, including office spaces, retail spaces, and luxury commercial developments.
Generate new business leads by networking with corporates, luxury brands, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.
Manage end-to-end leasing cycle - prospecting, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, CXOs, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable property solutions from the portfolio.
Ensure superior client servicing and act as a trusted advisor for long-term leasing partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor luxury/commercial leasing market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Recommend innovative leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yields.
Provide insights to management for positioning projects in the luxury commercial segment.
Negotiation & Closure:
Lead negotiations on lease terms, commercial agreements, and other contractual matters.
Work with legal and finance teams to ensure timely execution of lease documentation.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain updated leasing MIS, pipeline reports, and deal trackers.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements in leasing transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with exposure to luxury / premium segments preferred.
Strong network of IPCs, brokers, corporates, and luxury retail brands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate analytics platforms.
