1. Coordination with dispatch department for Noida, Patna and Jaipur regarding their film stock and based on stock prepared order sheets daily.
2 Handing orders by mobile, email, or mail and checking the orders have correct price making order Sheet for all three branches and submitted to accounts for billing.
3 Follow with client for film outstanding of both Noida and Jaipur accordingly Cleared suspense sheet every day.
4 Preparing and processing sales orders, Quotations and Performa invoice as per client requirement.
5 Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
6 Placed film order to Agfa and coordination their team for timely film dispatching
7 Maintaining film stock for all three branches: Patna, Noida and Jaipur.
8 Checking and entering SSS entries
