Job Description

:

Coordinate with International customer for Sales execution.

Coordinate and oversee all import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Prepare and manage documentation for import and export shipments, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and licenses. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods. Monitor and track shipments, ensuring they are on schedule and resolving any logistical issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

*Responsibilities:

Compliance Management:

Stay updated with import and export regulations, customs laws, and international trade policies. Ensure adherence to all legal requirements, including proper documentation, licensing, and certifications. Implement and maintain compliance procedures to minimize the risk of penalties or delays.

Import and Export Operations:

Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to plan and execute import and export activities. Manage the end-to-end shipment process, including negotiating freight rates, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments. Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs.

Customs Clearance:

Prepare and review import and export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations. Ensure accurate classification, valuation, and tariff determination of imported and exported goods. Liaise with customs authorities for smooth customs clearance, handle customs inspections, and resolve any related issues.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales

Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and finance, to ensure timely availability of goods and smooth order fulfilment. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels, handle inventory discrepancies, and monitor product quality.

*Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related field Knowledge of import and export regulations Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and negotiation skills Language: English, Tamil, Hindi, French
