Designation - Commercial Executive


The role plays a key role in ensuring deal sanctity and integrity of transactions with our company and will report to Vice President and / or Executive Director.

Basic Functions



Represent ETP in a positive and professional manner To provide direct support to the

Sales Team, Presales team, Business Development managers & Account Manager

in the analysis, proposal development, costing and approval of quotes for existing and prospective ETP partners and customers to ensure that the Sales department is able to meet its growth and profitability targets. Proper work ethic, and attention to detail, arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared

Key Responsibilities:



Leading and driving the overall proposals plan, proposal preparation, team collaboration, integration of RFP/RFI response process and proposal management prior to their submission to customers, partners or prospects for opportunities across geographies. Conduct quality checks to ensure enforcement of approvals and proposal terms Ensuring the proposal contents/ documents are properly aligned to provide the best solution/ response to existing customers or prospective customers. Collaborating with Sales Team for structuring deals, commercial models and innovative pricing models according to the market requirements Stakeholder mapping and bid management Monitor the status of the deal & call out red flags Drive deal reviews at key stages of the deals Competition mapping & analysis. Do intensive customer research; create Info Pack for help of sales teams Create Winning Value Propositions in collaboration with Presales team Support the pre-sales team with responding to RFIs and RFPs Building Agreement / Contract documents & collaborating with finance & legal team Account Planning with help of Sales, account teams Building management reports - MIS & Forecasting Reports for senior management Consolidating Cash Flow documents. Regular follow-ups with Sales team

Candidate profile:



PG / MBA Finance

Minimum 4-6 years of work experience


Key skills:



Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with significant skills in

advanced use of EXCEL (analysis, costing, reporting, tables, macros, etc)

. Excellent analytical abilities for MIS reporting Good verbal & written communication Ability to maintain confidentiality Given the nature of the job, maintaining personal flexibility and handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines is required. Retail domain knowledge is preferred
