Contract Administration:
Review and maintain client/subcontractor contracts and track variations.
Financial & Resource Coordination:
Assist in budget monitoring, cost tracking, and invoicing.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain commercial records and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in commercial/administrative support (preferably AEC industry).
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge (e.g., Deltek) preferred.
