Job Description
:
Receiving Purchase order from various parties
Sales order punching & Invoice generation as per stock of Finish Product.
Supervision of Dispatch Process for All Over India.
Co-Ordination with various Transport party for Transportation.
Documentation and final invoice preparation.
Documents preparation for dispatch for all over India.
Bank payment entry of various parties.
Co-ordination with sales team related with orders, material dispatch and payment.
Co-ordination with production team for orders timeline
Packing list, performa invoice, final invoice and e-way bill preparation
Qualification Graduate, Able to Write, Read and Understand English Language, Having Good MS Office and E-mail Working Knowledge
Job Location Near Kalol, Dist.Gandhinagar, Gujarat
