To manage the commercial aspects of projects by ensuring accurate cost estimation, contract compliance, budgeting, and financial monitoring, thereby supporting project profitability and smooth execution in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for projects.
Analyze contracts and negotiate terms with clients and vendors.
Monitor project financials, track variations, and ensure profitability.
Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with commercial terms and company policies.
Prepare and submit commercial reports, invoices, and documentation.
Support tendering and bidding activities.
Documentation Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-7 years of experience in Commercial & construction, preferably with a focus on documentation.
Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, codes, and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and document management systems.
Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
