Commercial Director - Sales & Marketing

- The Commercial Director Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and development of sales for the organization.
- He will also be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

- His prime responsibility would include the development of a brand in the short term in the OTC segment and to develop two brands in mid to long term in the OTC segments.

- He would also be responsible for the P&L of the formulation business and delivering profitable growth on a consistent basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- He will be responsible for Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results and formulate and execute the Marketing plan. Proactively lead the team in achieving and exceeding goals with strong collaboration with business partners and resources.

- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets along with aggressive growth objectives Expected/desirable growth 15-20% p.a.

- Identifying opportunities & explore markets, generating leads, and achieving the desired targets

- Ability to handle large teams and further scale it up on a fast-track basis.

- Strategic interventions to increase the market share and build brands and to deliver 10X business models for business which are small.

- Responsible for Strategic inputs, KOL Initiative, Academic initiatives to develop brands and increase market shares. Proactively keep the track of markets in collaboration with business partners and resources to align marketing goals with Divisional objectives.

- Formulate and execute the marketing plans. Monitor the marketing expenditure and keep it within the budget. Identify new marketing avenues such as digital marketing, social media platform etc. to have maximum reach.

- Guide and monitor field team to execute the marketing strategies and plan. Collaborate with Medical, CRM teams for KOLs engagement through academic /CRM Engage KOLs/dealers through academic engagements/CRM, build motivated and committed sales team

- Engage KOLs/dealers through academic engagements/CRM, build motivated and committed sales team through culture of achievement orientation, rewards, and recognitions,

- Joint Field Work visit on a regular basis to keep abreast with current market dynamics and customer insights. Identify new channels for sales.
