Job Title: Commercial Coordinator



Job Summary:



The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective coordination across commercial activities including sales support, receivables management, market audits, and performance analysis. This role supports the smooth flow of products from production to customer, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and reporting within the dairy plant's commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Order Management:

Process and monitor customer orders, coordinate with production and logistics for timely dispatch.

Receivables Management:

Track outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and support finance in reconciling accounts.

Cross-Checking Receivables:

Validate and match payments against invoices and delivery records to ensure payment accuracy.

Market Audit & Intelligence:

Conduct field-level audits to verify market presence, pricing compliance, stock levels, and competitor activity.

Sales Analysis:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends, providing actionable insights to the commercial and sales teams.

MIS Report Preparation:

Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports related to sales performance, receivables, market conditions, and order fulfillment.

Customer & Distributor Coordination:

Act as liaison between the plant, distributors, and key customers to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

Pricing & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of pricing, contracts, and customer communications.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure all commercial activities align with internal policies, food safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in the dairy or FMCG sector. Working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools. Strong understanding of sales processes, accounts receivable, and market intelligence.
