As the \xe2\x80\x9cFinancial Analyst in our Commercial Banking team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job Responsibilities

• Support and partner with Business Leads via tactical and strategic assistance to accelerate business priorities
• Experience in Business profitability/Credit Reporting
• Experience in consolidation of financial information from various teams for preparation of reports.
• Expert knowledge in segment P&L and credit risk analysis
• Experience in working with large data sets using excel and Essbase
• Experience in budget and forecast support
• Analyzing operating results and key cost and revenue generators (Revenues/Expenses/Capital & Across LOBs)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• CMA / CA / CIMA / MBA (from reputed college)
• Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• In-depth knowledge in Excel and working knowledge in MS Access & PowerPoint is required
• Relevant experience ranging between 6-8 years in the finance domain
• Execution and project management skills - Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests. Scope projects and create workable project plans. Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
• Communications skills - Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills, a keen business acumen and the ability to synthesize \xe2\x80\x9cthe story\xe2\x80\x9d for executive-level audiences and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas.
• Problem solving skills - Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus and support implementing change. Able to outline work process in a thoughtful and detailed manner. Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience on Corporate Business Finance and similar environment will be considered favorably
• Curious, energetic and highly proactive in nature and always focusing on opportunity arising from situations
• Experience with Essbase would be a plus
