Job Responsibilities
\xef\x83\xbc Data clean-up in excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Sort, Filtering, data comparison) etc.
\xef\x83\xbc Maintain The customer data in Order Tracker.
\xef\x83\xbc Retailer Wise MIS Tracker on Daily Basis, Weekly Basis, Monthly Basis, Quarterly Basis,
\xef\x83\xbc Making Advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports
\xef\x83\xbc Provide scanned results of data using OCR.
\xef\x83\xbc Data conversion From PDF to Excel, Word and PPT.
\xef\x83\xbc Excellent in MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & PivotTable Chart),
\xef\x83\xbc Basic excel VBA Knowledge (Outlook Mail Automation, File compilation, file splitting etc.)
\xef\x83\xbc Charts, Forms, data validation & Scenarios)
\xef\x83\xbc Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot table & pivot charts, and various other excel
sheet components for crisp and accurate data.
\xef\x83\xbc Good Knowledge of MIS Team and Field Team Coordination
Competencies Required

• Advance Excel (Formulae, Pivots, Charts, Lookups, Report Etc)

• Good knowledge of V.B.A. (Macros, Forms, UDF, Loops, Connectivity Etc)

• Good knowledge on Microsoft Access (Tables, Relationships, Joining, Forms, SQL

Query, Connectivity Etc.)

• Good command over writing queries on Ms-SQL

• Aware of most of the Visual basic components/Controls (User Form) available in

Excel and Access
