Commercial assistants perform many different administrative duties and are essential for keeping the day-to-day business of company going forward as planned.
Responsibilities and Duties
To understand the background to the objectives and the detail of the commercial strategy and plan.
Maintain and update the commercial database.
To process invoices in SAP.
To answer the department's telephones when necessary taking messages or responding as appropriate.
Update the Daily production reports on routine.
Stock Inventory
Shipment Billing and Invoices.
On daily reporting to the heads regarding commercial activities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
2 Years Experience / above hands on experience of Coordinating Domestic Dispatch.
Good Knowledge of SAP (Material Management).
Understanding of Packaging & Storage requirements.
Statutory Requirements of Logistics.
Preparation & cross checking of dispatch documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan based on the Purchase Order.
Knowledge of finished goods inventory.
