Manage documentation for inward/outward material
Handle site work (MIDC, MSEB, MPCB)
Scan & send GRN/documents to Head Office
Support logistics and sales team while dispatching
Maintain monthly fire extinguisher checks
Ordering and restocking office supplies
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping services
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and phone communications.
Support HR in onboarding new employees
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for goods and services.
Manage company assets and inventory records
Maintain vehicle records, fuel logs
Maintain important company documents such as licenses. agreements, and certificates.
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing systems.
Support documentation for audits or internal reviews.
Educational Qualification:
BCom/MCom

Work Experience/Competencies:
1 Year Experience in Admin Department
Special Hands On:
Proficiency in Tally (Invoice, GRN, Tax entries). Coordination with site authorities (MIDC, MSEB, MPCB)
Permanent/Contractual:
Initial 1 year contract
