Continued acceleration of our growth is fueled by landing new customers, expanding our platform through new products, managing new retail ecommerce platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service to unlock high net retention rates.The Role: CommerceIQ is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive prospecting and lead qualification into US/EU/UK markets. What You'll Do: - Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects (cold calling, email sequences, social selling, etc.)- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities- Build multiple touch points within each prospect account (Account Based Sales & Marketing)- Determine prospects' needs and interest in CommerceIQ's services- Clearly communicate CommerceIQ's value proposition- Schedule discovery calls between prospects and a CommerceIQ Account Executive- Report back to the Director of ABM against KPIsWhat You'll Bring: - 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role- Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling, email sequencing & social selling)- HubSpot & Salesforce experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong listening skills- Results-driven- Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment- Highly collaborative- B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred but not required (ref:updazz.com)
