About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Structuring the course under the supervision of the Lead Instructional Designer in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the University (IGNOU)
2. Conceptualizing the flow of lectures and visualizing the instructional design
3. Getting approval from the instructional designer regarding your presentation, multimedia resources, and teaching method and style prior to the delivery of each lecture
4. Preparing in advance for presenting the lecture according to the lesson plan and presentation
5. Preparing presentations for the lectures based on the lesson plans
6. Delivering lectures within the prescribed time frame; each lecture is 30 or 40 mins duration
7. Deliver finished components (PowerPoint presentation and video) for verification with the lead instructional designer
8. Reporting issues, feedback, and insights to the lead instructional designer

Requirements:

1. PG or above in commerce or management (MCom/MBA/PGDBM) from a recognised university
2. Prior experience in teaching is preferred
3. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages, both of which may be employed in teaching
4. Ability to present lectures in an engaging manner in front of the camera, and to connect with an imagined audience
5. Personal laptop and strong internet signal at your place
