We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual who can effectively handle
OCM subject teaching
for higher secondary students (Gujarati medium) and simultaneously assist in
school administrative work
during the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with academic responsibilities and must possess basic administrative and communication skills.
Conduct engaging and concept-based OCM lectures as per the GSEB curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment material.
Monitor and evaluate students' performance through class tests and assignments.
Maintain student discipline and support their academic progress.
Coordinate with the HOD and Principal for syllabus planning and academic delivery.
Administrative Duties (Afternoon Shift):
Assist in daily administrative operations post teaching hours.
Handle student record updates, attendance entries, and data management.
Assist in coordination with parents, vendors, and support staff.
Support in filing, communication, and general office maintenance tasks.
Handle documentation, notices, and internal communication support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
(B.Com) - Master's preferred.
B.Ed.
or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
Prior experience in teaching
OCM in Gujarati Medium
is desirable.
Knowledge of
basic computer operations
(MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Good communication skills in
Gujarati
and basic understanding of
English
