What We're Looking For:

Strong command over Commerce subjects (Economics, Accounts, Business Studies, etc.) Ability to handle senior students (Class 11 & 12) with confidence Excellent communication & teaching skills Graduation/Post-graduation in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) Prior teaching experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons Guide students with academic clarity and exam preparation Track performance and provide regular feedback Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment
