Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance student learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, ensuring compliance with school policies. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive classroom atmosphere. Organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and administrative tasks efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the changing needs of students and the educational environment. Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes, including educational software and online resources. University experience is highly desirable, providing a solid foundation in educational theories and practices.
