Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Commerce Teacher

to teach higher-grade students (Classes XI-XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise in

Accounts, Business Studies

, and

Commerce

. The role demands effective lesson delivery, engaging teaching strategies, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Accountancy, Business Studies

, and other relevant Commerce subjects to senior secondary students. Plan and deliver engaging and concept-based lessons aligned with the curriculum (preferably CBSE/ISC/State Board). Prepare students thoroughly for board exams with regular tests, feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions. Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and examinations. Maintain academic records and provide regular updates to parents and the academic team. Encourage student participation in commerce-related events and competitions. Collaborate with department colleagues for lesson planning and curriculum development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with B.Ed. preferred. Minimum

3-5 years of teaching experience

in higher grades (Classes 11 and 12). Proficient in delivering Accountancy and Business Studies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus.
