Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures for
Class XI and XII
students.
Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and test series aligned with the latest curriculum.
Conduct regular assessments (including Bi-Weekly topic tests) to track student performance and provide detailed feedback.
Resolve student doubts through dedicated individual doubt resolution sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.
Maintain a disciplined environment that motivates students to push their limits.
Requirements:
Education:
Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), Economics, or MBA is
mandatory
.
Experience:
2-3 years of dedicated teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.
Strong command over the subject matter and excellent English communication skills.
Ability to align board preparation with competitive exam requirements (e.g., CUET, IPMAT).
