Roles and Responsibilities:-

Do a detailed breakdown and analysis of ALL LATEST CBSE CIRCULARS with all your teammates and SMEs and senior teacher freelancers, so as to best determine what it is that they may plan to come up with next.
Coordinate all the project management activities, resources, equipment and information well and troubleshoot wherever required.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Liaise with clients to frame, identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of the project, make the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision clear to them.
Assign tasks to internal teams and external resources and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise managerial or technical.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status and any last minute changes to all participants.
Work with the Segment Head to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports at all times.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests at each level of publishing.
Provide detailed feedback on the work of the resource on a timely basis so as to avoid reworking.
Find new freelancers (Authors, Editors, Proofreaders)
Remain up to date with the latest happenings and new titles of other competitors, and analyse what different they are doing.
Training new hires according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and expectations, groom them to become leaders.
