Job Summary

:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Post Graduate Commerce Teacher

to join our ICSE-affiliated institution. The candidate will be responsible for teaching core Commerce subjects such as

Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, and Commercial Applications

, ensuring high academic standards and promoting a deep understanding of the subject.

Key Responsibilities

:

Teach Commerce subjects (primarily to Grades IX-X) in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools tailored to student needs. Conduct classroom teaching using modern and interactive methods. Prepare students for ICSE (Grade X) board examinations. Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and feedback. Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and report cards. Organize and supervise co-curricular activities related to commerce (e.g., business clubs, commerce fairs, debates). Coordinate with parents through PTMs and regular communication. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs. Ensure a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

Educational Qualification

:

Postgraduate degree (M.Com) in Commerce or a related field from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) -

mandatory for ICSE schools

Experience

:

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed ICSE school preferred. Proven track record in preparing students for board exams with strong results.

Skills

:

In-depth knowledge of ICSE Commerce curriculum. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms. Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desirable

:

Ability to integrate real-world business and economic concepts into teaching.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
