Key Responsibilities
:
Teach Commerce subjects (primarily to Grades IX-X) in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools tailored to student needs.
Conduct classroom teaching using modern and interactive methods.
Prepare students for ICSE (Grade X) board examinations.
Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and report cards.
Organize and supervise co-curricular activities related to commerce (e.g., business clubs, commerce fairs, debates).
Coordinate with parents through PTMs and regular communication.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Ensure a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification
:
Postgraduate degree (M.Com) in Commerce or a related field from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) -

Experience
