Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services and sales processes through structured training programs.
Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and timely follow-ups with potential customers.
Communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing clients via phone calls, emails, virtual meetings and in-person interactions.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales-related documentation.
Maintain, track, and regularly update accurate customer information, lead status, and sales activity records using CRM systems and MS Excel.
Work towards achieving assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets under the guidance of senior sales team members.
