We are looking for a skilled SAP Hybris L2 Support Engineer to keep our commerce platform running smoothly. You will play a key role in resolving issues, ensuring storefront stability, and supporting integrations with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on Hybris storefront features (Cart, Checkout, Promotions, Search).
Monitor systems and ensure timely resolution of issues via ServiceNow/JIRA.
Collaborate with L3 teams on code-level issues and escalations.
Support integrations with external systems.
Use tools like Kibana, Splunk, and Dynatrace for system monitoring.
Provide on-call and weekend support as part of a rotational schedule.
Key Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in SAP Hybris.
Strong expertise in Hybris architecture, Impex scripts, Java, and Spring.
Proficiency with monitoring tools (Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
