The Commerce & Management Lecturer is responsible for teaching commerce and management subjects for MBA & UG students, planning lessons, assessing student performance, and supporting students' academic and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach subjects related to commerce and management such as Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Finance, and Management.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, presentations, and learning materials according to the curriculum.
Conduct lectures, discussions, tutorials, and practical sessions.
Design and evaluate assignments, tests, presentations, and examinations.
Provide clear and constructive feedback to help students improve.
Guide and mentor students in academic projects and career planning.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, and departmental activities.
Stay updated with developments in commerce, management, and teaching methods.
Follow institutional policies and promote ethical and professional behavior.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration,
Commerce and Management or a related field. (MBA Most prefered)
Teaching experience in a college or university is Mandatory
(Lecturer in Management is preferred)
