We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C&C Architect to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a C&C Architect, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing architectural design projects for residential apartments and villas. Your expertise in architectural design, planning, and software proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp will be essential for the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with external architects and stakeholders to finalize concept drawings within specified timelines. Independently handle the design process from conceptualization to finalization, showcasing creativity and design expertise. Utilize your advanced AutoCAD and SketchUp skills to enhance project efficiency and presentation quality. Conduct in-depth studies and evaluations of each project stage, providing insightful feedback to architects for incorporation. Demonstrate excellent coordination abilities to efficiently manage and produce construction drawings for entire projects independently. Conduct site visits for analysis and feasibility assessments to inform design decisions. Perform competitor analysis and strive to deliver the best product, including master plans and unit plans, that meets market demands. Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills and take full ownership of assigned tasks. Requirements: Proven work experience of 5-9 years in residential apartments and villas projects. Strong proficiency in architectural design and planning, as well as expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Ability to work independently, showcase innovative design thinking, and effectively close the design concepts. Excellent coordination skills to liaise with internal and external teams for smooth project execution. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively. Willingness to travel for site visits and conduct feasibility assessments.
