Key Responsibilities:

Sort, grade, and assort colour stones based on

size, shape, colour, clarity, cut, and quality standards

. Match colour stones accurately as per

design, sample, and production requirements

. Identify defects such as

inclusions, cracks, colour variation, and treatment issues

. Maintain consistency in stone matching for

sets and bulk production

. Coordinate with

design, CAD, and production teams

to ensure correct stone selection. Maintain proper

labeling, tagging, and documentation

of assorted stones. Ensure

minimum wastage and loss

during assorting and handling. Follow company SOPs related to

quality control and gemstone handling

. Support stock verification and inventory updates when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of

colour stones

(precious & semi-precious). Ability to identify

colour tone, hue, saturation, and clarity

accurately. Good eye for detail and colour matching. Experience in jewellery manufacturing or gemstone assorting preferred. Basic understanding of

jewellery designs and stone setting requirements

. Honest, responsible, and quality-focused.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
