Key Responsibilities:
Conduct colour matching and shade development for automobile paints.
Prepare small-scale batches for testing.
Operate lab equipment for colour analysis.
Maintain records of formulations and colour recipes.
Ensure quality checking with raw materials with finished goods.
Support R&D and Quality teams in ensuring accuracy of shades.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of colour matching techniques (preferred).
