Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

8 Colour Flexographic Printing Operator

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexo printing machines while ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 8-colour flexographic printing presses. Monitor and ensure print quality, making real-time adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment. Manage ink levels, plates, and materials inventory for uninterrupted production. Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to meet daily targets and quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Skills:

Proficient in flexographic press operation Strong understanding of colour calibration and ink management Attention to detail and commitment to quality control Knowledge of printing safety procedures Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines (preferably 8-colour) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
