- Manage end-to-end yarn merchandising activities including coordination with suppliers, mills, and customers.- Understand yarn counts, blends, qualities, and technical specifications (Cotton, Polyester, Viscose, Blends, Fancy Yarns, etc.).- Handle customer inquiries, develop samples, and ensure timely dispatch.- Work closely with the sales team to maintain order status, follow-ups, and delivery timelines.- Source yarn from domestic and international manufacturers based on customer requirement.- Prepare price quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.- Maintain stock reports, order sheets, and documentation.- Ensure quality checks and resolve any issues related to yarn quality, delivery, or logistics.- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.- Assist in new product development based on market trends and customer feedback.
