Role Description
Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Develop and optimize color masterbatch formulations, ensure color consistency, conduct quality testing, troubleshoot production issues, manage pigment inventory, and document formulation processes.
Qualifications
Expertise in masterbatch formulation and compounding (Mandatory)
Knowledge of polymer chemistry, pigment dispersion, and color science
Experience with compounding machinery and twin-screw extruders
Color matching systems and spectrophotometry knowledge
Strong troubleshooting abilities for color consistency issues
Bachelor's/Master's in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Applied Chemistry, or Materials Science
Understanding of quality standards and safety protocols
