Education Qualifications- B. Tech or M.Tec, Bachelor/ Diploma Interior designing from reputed institution

Software Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Adobe, Auto Cad, Microsoft office. Candidates with knowledge of any color matching software will be preferred.

Experience required \xe2\x80\x93 10-12 years.



Follow the current trends in paint industry to identifying which colors are trending & are in demands. Advice clients/customers on colors which best suit their needs.

1. Color Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of color theory, psychology, and the interactions between different hues. Recommend colors that complement each other and create harmonious visual effects for the company & client.
2. Client Consultations: Engage in one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and the desired outcome of a project. Consider factors such as the purpose of the space, lighting conditions, existing decor, and personal preferences.
3. Color Palettes: Based on the client\'s requirements, creates customized color palettes that suit the intended purpose of the space. These palettes may include main wall colors, accent colors, and more.
4. Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging color preferences. This knowledge will allow them to provide clients with contemporary and stylish color recommendations.
5. Testing and Samples: May advise clients to obtain paint samples and apply them to a small section of the wall to see how the colors look under different lighting conditions before making a final decision.
6. Commercial Projects: In addition to residential spaces, also sought after for commercial projects, such as retail spaces, offices, and hospitality establishments. Must consider the branding and overall image of the business when selecting colors.
7. Problem Solving: Sometimes, clients may have specific challenges related to color, such as making a small space appear larger or creating a cozy atmosphere. Color consultants should use their expertise to address these challenges effectively.

8. Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential to understand client preferences and convey color recommendations clearly. Need to explain the rationale behind their choices and answer any questions clients may have.
9. Collaboration: Color consultants to work closely with interior designers, architects, and painters to ensure a cohesive design vision is achieved.
