to provide academic leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive institutional growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong teaching experience, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to lead faculty and students toward high standards of performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for academic programs, curriculum development, and research initiatives Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff to ensure academic excellence Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student-centric learning Manage budgets, resource allocation, and infrastructure planning Represent the college at academic and industry forums to enhance reputation and outreach Develop partnerships with industry and other educational institutions for better placement and research opportunities
