Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions to generate student leads, organize meetings, and drive institutional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & approach colleges, training centers, and educational institutes
Arrange meetings with principals, placement officers & management
Present Red & White programs and collaboration models
Develop long-term B2B institutional partnerships
Coordinate MoUs, seminars, workshops & campus activities
Achieve monthly partnership & lead targets
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in institutional sales, B2B partnerships, education marketing, or college tie-ups
Experience working with schools/colleges/universities is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation ability
Ability to plan meetings and manage institutional partnerships
Target-oriented and self-driven professional
Proficient in MS Office/CRM tools
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and campus visits
Professional appearance and corporate etiquette
