Key Responsibilities:Counselling & Admissions
Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and contribute to overall campus sales goals.
Maintain student inquiry database and ensure timely communication.
Represent the college in promotional activities, events, and education fairs.
Administration
Oversee daily campus operations and provide administrative support.
Manage student records, attendance, documentation, and fee-related queries.
Coordinate with faculty, staff, and other departments for smooth academic operations.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other academic/extra-curricular activities.
Handle reception duties, walk-in inquiries, and ensure a professional campus environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Management, Education, or related field).
Proven experience in academic counselling, sales, or admissions (minimum 2-5 years).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales/admission targets under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
