Conduct field visits, community meetings, and door-to-door outreach to mobilize eligible youth (ages 18-35) for the Retail Management course.
Liaise with local schools, colleges, NGOs, and employment exchanges to generate leads.
Clearly communicate the benefits of the program, including job placement opportunities after training.
Screen and counsel potential candidates about course eligibility, career prospects, and commitment required.
Maintain accurate records of mobilized candidates and follow up until enrollment.
Assist in organizing mobilization events, job fairs, awareness camps, and roadshows.
Collaborate with the training and placement teams to ensure quality intake and support job placement outcomes.
Submit daily/weekly mobilization reports and meet enrollment targets as per project guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
A graduate degree is mandatory and required for this position.
1+ years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, or sales/marketing, preferably in the skill development or education sector.
Good understanding of local geography, youth mindset, and community networks in Delhi.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/English and local dialects.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in field conditions.
