is responsible for managing, organizing, and overseeing academic and administrative operations within the institution. This role ensures smooth communication between faculty, students, and management, while maintaining academic quality, compliance, and a positive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities across departments.
Serve as the primary communication link between faculty, students, and college management.
Assist in scheduling lectures, exams, and academic events.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data.
Support admission processes, including counseling and enrollment.
Organize workshops, seminars, and extracurricular events.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
Manage internal coordination for meetings, reports, and documentation.
Address student concerns and guide them to appropriate departments.
Collaborate with the placement and training cell for student development programs.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, Administration, or related field).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle administrative records and data management efficiently.
Positive attitude with leadership and team coordination skills.
