About the role




We are looking for

Collections - Sr Analyst.

The incumbent will manage debt collection performance at Rio Tinto Aluminum also in charge of following performance indicators and join a dynamic team based in India. The main task of this position is to constantly seek to improve debt collection performance through your leadership, innovative capabilities and change management skills.

This position is the perfect opportunity to join a team of highly skilled professionals. Reporting to Sr Advisor Collections, your tasks will be as follows:

Through your leadership, technical skills and strong networking ability, achieve new levels of excellence in debt collection performance as well as process improvement, monitor and improve business performance indicators Manage complex accounts at the collection level and communicate information to different groups Act as support for the sales group in the analysis of the customers' collection and be an agent for improving the results of the collection With your leadership skills, make a difference and act as a true leader to create a collaborative environment that empowers everyone, while leveraging the strength of the team Demonstrate great teamwork skills, actively promote innovation and process improvement to improve the efficiency, quality and performance of the team and the performance of debt collection, credit blocks and key commercials indicators.

About you



To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:



Bachelor's degree in finance, administration or any other related profile. 5-7 years of experience in debt collection or accounting or credit and aptitude for customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to address sensitive issues with different business groups Intermediate or advanced level skills in Excel, Power BI Excellent communication skills Fluency in English and Basic knowledge of French language would be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of SAP
