Role Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Collections Representative
to manage payment recovery, retailer follow-ups, and return stock coordination across Jaipur. This role is critical to maintaining strong retailer relationships and ensuring seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets daily to collect payments (Cash/UPI/Cheque)
Maintain accurate accounts of daily collections and outstanding balances
Pick up return/unsold stock from stores and update documentation
Follow up with retailers on pending dues and ensure timely recovery
Prepare daily reconciliation reports and share with accounts/sales teams
Provide professional, courteous service to retailers at all times
Support distributor/sales team with financial coordination
Maintain clean records, receipts, and documentation for audits
Required Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream
Two-wheeler + valid driving license
Basic knowledge of accounting/ledger entries
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Highly trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual
Prior experience in FMCG collections or retail fieldwork preferred
