Identify, prospect, and enroll new members into various chit schemes to meet monthly sales targets.
Product Explanation:
Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, terms, and regulatory aspects of the chit schemes to potential customers.
Collection Target Achievement:
Ensure the timely and complete collection of monthly chit installments from all assigned subscribers to maintain high collection efficiency.
Arrears Management:
Proactively follow up with defaulting subscribers, counsel them on overdue payments, and negotiate feasible repayment schedules to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Serve as the main point of contact for subscribers, resolving queries and building long-term trust to ensure retention and encourage future business.
Field Activity & Travel:
Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory for both sales prospecting and cash/cheque collection.
Documentation & KYC:
Complete all necessary membership enrollment forms, KYC procedures, and update legal/auction documents accurately.
Cash/Data Reconciliation:
Account for all collected funds daily and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions in the branch system.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer financial needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Reporting & Feedback:
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales pipeline status, collection progress, and any significant customer or market feedback to the Branch Manager.
