Desired Profile:

Bachelor's in Commerce; MBA preferred. Strong working knowledge of SAP and related accounting tools. Proven experience in collections, with solid understanding of relevant laws and processes.

Overview

The Collection Manager will be the central point for managing and recovering outstanding receivables. The role focuses on driving timely collections, reducing overdue accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams. It includes planning and executing collection strategies and tracking key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end collection activities and maintain direct communication with clients to close outstanding payments. Identify overdue cases early and escalate issues to management. Work closely with Accounts, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve collection challenges. Share and explain Statements of Accounts (SOA) and address disputes with customers. Participate in customer meetings, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on commitments. Develop targeted action plans for long-pending and disputed accounts, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure closure.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
