Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Collections Analyst. As a Collections Analyst you will be accountable for timely and accurate reporting of AR aging, The main responsibility will be supporting and helping with day to day collections operations, added to several specific accounting tasks from simple to medium transactions. Support the Manager in all collections activity. Maintaining regular contact with internal & external stakeholders to reach monthly, quarterly & annual targets of cash collections and its correct application delivering a high level of service and support customers and Project teams. To contact customer prior to payment date and during the internal dunning process and document the results in corresponding CRM systems To conduct pro-active cash collection. Help with forecasting accurate collection estimates for the month or quarter to the Finance team for use in company forecasts. Work closely with the billing team to ensure that billing defects are resolved in a timely manner that results in prompt collection\'s ability. Prioritize aged open invoices and contact the customers on regular basis through multiple mediums to improve the overall ageing of accounts. Maintain close contact with Project Manager, customers to mediate any dispute resolution to help quick collections of the receivables. Deal with a wide variety of ad-hoc queries and monitoring of customers\' accounts consistent with companies\' credit standards. Assist the team in preparation of various scheduled & ad-hoc reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis such as project collections status aged reports etc. Identify unallocated cash and promptly take action to set them of against invoices. Work closely with cross team to reduce or minimize any unidentified payments in the system. Support ad hoc requests for analyses and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field Minimum of 4 years of experience in Collections. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Outlook & Excel) Should have working knowledge of ERP systems Flexibility and willing to work on multiple assignments of varying tasks with personnel at all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and an ability to build credibility with external and internal stakeholders Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly Willingness to extend yourself and assist other team members Possesses ethics and integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information Must be able to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the English language Experience working with high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment Team oriented - actively promote a cooperative/positive team spirit and respect the diverse contributions of teams, partners and networks; create and build value for the company and its stakeholders Any data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
