Collect pending payments from clients/customers
Follow up on dues via calls and visits
Maintain collection records and reports
Coordinate with office/accounts team
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of accounts or billing (preferred)
Two-wheeler required
Local area knowledge is a plus
Preferred:
Experience in collections, finance, or field work
Ability to handle clients politely and firmly
