The Collection Executive

- Unsecured Loans is responsible for recovering due and overdue payments on personal loans without collateral. The role involves customer follow-ups, field visits, negotiating repayment plans, and updating collection records, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with delinquent customers through calls.
Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring offers as per company policy.
Educate customers on payment obligations, CIBIL effects and consequences of non-payment.
Update collection status, payment commitments, and remarks in the system.
Coordinate with legal or skip-tracing teams for difficult or unreachable accounts.
Ensure timely escalation of high-risk or disputed cases to supervisors.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in loan collections or recovery (preferably unsecured loans).
Good communication and negotiation skills in local language and English/Hindi.
Basic knowledge of financial products and recovery processes.
DRA Certified.
