? Key Responsibilities: -
Contact customers via telephone to remind them of overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
Follow up on promised payments and payment arrangements.
Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
Provide regular updates to the management on collection activities and progress.
