Job Responsibilities:

Handle

collection and recovery

of overdue credit card and loan accounts.

Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.

Maintain and update collection records in

Excel

and other reporting formats.

Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.

Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding daily progress and challenges.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during recovery.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of experience

in

collection or recovery

.

Basic to intermediate

MS Excel knowledge

is mandatory.

DRA / Non DRA can Apply

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

10k to 25k + performance-based incentives.

Walking Drive: Daily 11:00AM to 5:00PM,
