We are looking for a motivated and results driven Tele caller to join our Collections team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting customers and clients to remind them of overdue payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. Your goal will be to recover the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, minimizing bad debts and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via telephone to remind them of overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Follow up on promised payments and payment arrangements.
- Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
- Provide regular updates to the management on collection activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in collections, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with debt collection software and DRMS systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Debt Collection will be an advantage.
