Lead and manage a team of collection executives.
Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
Make and supervise recovery calls for overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayments and handle escalated cases.
Ensure daily updates in CRM or loan management systems.
Generate reports and track collection performance.
Train and guide team members on recovery process.
Maintain compliance with RBI and company policies.
Coordinate with legal/risk teams for escalations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
0-1 years of experience in loan collections.
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and ethical practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in collection software and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
