Job Summary



The Collection / Recovery Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of collection executives to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining customer relationships and adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of collection/recovery executives Allocate daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance Ensure achievement of collection targets (Bucket-wise / Portfolio-wise) Conduct field visits for critical and high-value delinquent accounts Handle escalated and difficult recovery cases Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI norms, and legal guidelines Train and coach team members on negotiation and recovery techniques Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and recovery reports Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams when required Maintain accurate customer data and recovery records in the system Monitor skip cases and ensure effective resolution

Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making skills Good understanding of legal and regulatory norms in collections

Eligibility & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Minimum

3-6 years

of experience in collections/recovery At least

1-2 years

experience in a team handling role Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred

Preferred Experience



Handling secured and unsecured loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Two-Wheeler, Credit Card, etc.) Field and tele-collection exposure Knowledge of local geography and customer base

Recovery percentage Reduction in delinquency and NPA Team productivity and efficiency Compliance and audit adherence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
