Job: Team Leader - (Collections Tele calling)

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Indore

Team - Collections & Recovery

What You Will Do:

? Needs to manage in-house Tele calling team (25-30 headcount), No field collections.

? Ensuring assigned targets are achieved.

? Interact with High-Risk customers and get the account resolved.

? Needs to coordinate with the Collections Manager and make sure the required process is followed or implemented.

? Should have knowledge of Dialer and current dialer tools.

? Ensure that the entire tele calling team maintains the required intensity and consistency in Follow-ups.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

? 2 to 4years' work experience in managing an in-house tele calling collection process is required.

? Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred.

? Knowledge of MIS/ Excel is required.

? Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
